This is a lovely one-and-a-half-story log cabin with two bedrooms and one complete bathroom. Conestoga Log Cabins’ Vacationer Log Cabin is a total of 727 square feet and starts at $44,900 US. The Vacationer will make a fantastic vacation log cabin, and it’s called the Vacationer for a reason. This is, in reality, one of Conestoga’s most famous small log cabins. Make it your home away from home during summer vacations or winter holidays. The home’s deck is spectacular, as shown by pictures of the log cabin on the Conestoga Log Cabins website. The 6 foot deep covered porch that comes with the log cabin kit is visible, but it also has the ability to be expanded, as the owners have done in the picture. Of course, this will cost you more money, but it will be well worth it if you like spending a lot of time outside. To enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors in the summer, put a dining set on one end and a wood stove on the other. One of the first things you notice inside the log cabin is the cathedral ceiling in the great room. In a smaller room, higher ceilings will often help build the illusion that the space is bigger than it is. This log cabin also has a loft that can be accessed via a ladder and used as additional sleeping space or storage.
The Vacationer is 17 feet by 31 feet and has the same floor plan as the company’s Heritage log cabin style, which is 14.7 feet by 27 feet, making it slightly larger. This also provides the Vacationer with two bedrooms, which is ideal for families with children. Simply set up some bunk beds in the cabin, and they’ll be able to enjoy a campout together. The log cabin design also includes a complete kitchen, which is ideal for preparing healthy homemade meals. The Vacationer, like all of Conestoga Log Cabins’ log cabin designs, is fully customizable. This means you can make whatever changes to the floor plan you want. For an additional fee, you can install a stainless steel sink, an electric stove, and custom cabinets. A sturdy screen door, which is important in the summer, or a well-insulated metal door for the winter can be added to your cabin. Other products such as a heating or cooling unit, as well as furniture, are available to complete the house.
