The Honeymoon Cabin Is Perfect Couple’s Retreat

  • by

The Honeymoon Cabin Building is a cozy bungalow that is ideal for a romantic getaway. On the charming cabin’s private porch, which overlooks the lake, you may unwind and take in the scenery. A sitting space with a queen sleeper sofa, chairs, and a unique stone fireplace can be found in the cabin building.

There is a burner stove, a small fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, cookware, and seating for two in the cabin’s kitchenette. The cottage offers a sitting space in addition to a king-size bed that is adjacent to the fireplace. The cabin structure features a full bathroom. On the trail close to your cabin building, you can find firewood.

Built in 1929, the Redfish Lake Lodge is situated on 16 acres of U.S. Forest Service-approved land. The cabin structure is located in the picturesque Sawtooth Mountains on the north shore of a five-mile-long glacial lake. Since it was built, the Lodge has provided services to tourists who travel to the Sawtooth National Recreation Area to appreciate its crowning achievement.

There are many features inside the Honeymoon Cabin that you can use as inspiration for your own cabin. To begin with, you will undoubtedly adore the rustic log cabin’s furniture, which is all made of logs and twigs. A dining table with chairs and a table complemented by logs may be found on the outside patio, and the best log furniture bed can be found in the bedroom.

The building is decorated with antler chandeliers and features a magnificent stone fireplace that reaches the roof. The great room includes a large, comfortable leather sofa where you may relax on chilly nights in front of the grand stone fireplace and take in the natural view that surrounds the log home.

The Redfish Lake Lodge is situated in one of the best locations in the nation, with breathtaking mountain vistas that you will never get tired of watching. The Honeymoon Cabin is a place you won’t soon forget, so you’ll want to look at all the things you can do there while you’re there.

The Lodge hasn’t really changed much since 1929, with the exception of a few little improvements. The front desk, Limbert’s, and a rustic lounge are all located on the main floor of the main Lodge. Eight hotel rooms for visitors and some quarters for our important personnel are located on the second level.

There are 11 motels/suite-style units and 21 antique and contemporary cabin buildings on the 16-acre property. Along with the lodge, there is a general store on the grounds that sells groceries, souvenirs, equipment for camping and fishing, as well as one-of-a-kind presents.

The marina at Redfish Lake Lodge provides gasoline, lake excursions, rentals for both motorized and non-motorized equipment, and a shuttle service to the trailheads at the lake’s far end. In addition to having a full-service dining room that serves lunch and supper seven days a week from mid-June to Labor Day, the Lakeside Grill is the ideal location to enjoy some outdoor food and beverages, weather permitting.

Available for rent at Redfish Lake Lodge.
