From the north, it seems like a massive alpine massif, with walls, pillars, and troughs that reach up to 500 meters in height and into glacial cauldrons that eventually lead to Bystra and Ludarova walley. The fields of granite stones are blanketed by the less precipitous southern slopes. Northern basins are home to chamois and alpine marmots.
