The original log cabin’s rustic characteristics have been retained and recreated to include an appealing modern style.
During your stay, the tranquil vistas of rolling hills, bubbling brooks, and wildlife entice you to take nature walks or relax in the hot tub while exploring the 10 acres of land. This fantasy getaway also includes an outdoor fire pit, screened-in porch, and internal gas fireplace. Enjoy nature and basic living without sacrificing all of life’s conveniences.
You will get full access to the entire log cabin in Ferryville, Wisconsin. On the main level, there is a separate bedroom with a full bed and access to the washer/dryer in the closet. The queen bed in the upstairs loft is complemented by a Saatva luxury mattress manufactured from environmentally friendly materials. In the loft, there is also a daybed couch that can be converted into a queen-sized bed, as well as other seating spots. To provide a comfortable and peaceful stay, the cabin is completely furnished and has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a land line (if you choose to use it!).
The cabin is adjacent to the beautiful Mississippi River, where you can go fishing, enjoy water sports, and watch stunning sunsets. The Rush Creek State Nature Preserve and the Villa Louis in historic Prairie Du Chien are also close by. Enjoy cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.
