This small house appears like it belongs in a fairytale or a children’s book. Thanks to Zyl Vardos, a tiny house builder who customizes each tiny house to the needs of the client. They may also be sent anywhere in North America, making their small homes accessible to customers in all 50 states, as well as Canada and Mexico. Zyl Vardos is owned by Abel Zyl, who has been building tiny dwellings for ten years. As a result, he was a forerunner of the tiny house trend. Able was also a member of the American Tiny House Association’s founding committee. He also provides consults for those who are creating their own tiny house designs, and he conducts a show called ‘Ask Zyl Live,’ where people can ask him any questions they have about tiny houses and how to build them. The designs are entirely hand-made and meticulously constructed with great attention to detail. The curved rooftops, which appear like something out of a fairy tale, and the round windows, which Abel developed himself and are a characteristic feature in every tiny house he makes, are seen on this tiny house design.
The spherical windows have four sides that open for ventilation, and they also look great. He constructs his homes with only the highest-quality materials, including wood for the interior and exterior. While the front of this tiny house on wheels appears to be quite little, the interior reveals just how much Abel can fit into one of these adorable little abodes. The Moon Dragon tiny house is just one of his magnificent final projects, and it features all of the lovely elements he incorporates into each design. It’s also one of his biggest small house designs from his finished tiny house collection. The Moon Dragon is 24 feet long and 9.25 feet broad. This tiny house, like most of the tiny houses they make, has a cedar exterior, trademark handcrafted windows, and a Dutch entry door. It also has a domed roofline, a sleeping loft with capacity for a queen bed, and side tables on both sides. A large kitchen on the main floor contains all of the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals. There’s also a bathroom with a vanity and sink, as well as a composting toilet from Nature’s Head. He went with cork flooring and a tongue and groove ceiling after installing a fantastic looking concrete shower with glass door.
He utilized birch wood wall paneling for the walls, which can be painted but also looks fantastic unpainted. In the loft, he also created two huge closets for the clients to store their clothes and possessions. A slide out pantry and tons of wonderful storage are included in the storage staircase leading up to the loft, which is important for a tiny house on wheels. Everything is included in the price of this tiny house, which is $110,000 USD. That’s not a bad price when you consider how movable the home is and how easily it can be moved around. It’s also a fraction of what other ordinary homes cost these days, so getting a loan for it would be more feasible. A lovely deck would be a terrific addition to this little house on wheels, allowing it to take advantage of the available outdoor area. What are your thoughts on this design for a tiny house? Do you appreciate how this tiny house incorporates so many curves and multiple archways? Perhaps you’d like to have your own Zyl Vardo.
