The cottage is conveniently located within a short drive of both downtown Flagstaff and the Snowbowl base. While on vacation, guests can enjoy relaxing on the 900-square-foot wraparound deck or playing in the spacious garage gaming area. Visit The Lincoln Log Cabin and make some unforgettable moments. Only three cars can fit in the driveway at a time. Off-road vehicles, such as ATVs, are allowed. You can bring your furry friends along, however there will be a $50 non-refundable fee per animal. In the absence of a secure enclosure, canine companions should always be led by their collars whenever venturing outdoors. On the back patio, you’ll find a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

The cabin is located in a private HOA community, therefore visitors are asked to be considerate of the residents at all times. Arizona Snowbowl is 20 miles away, downtown Flagstaff is 4 miles, Lowell Observatory is 3 miles, Riordan Mansion State Historic Park is 3 miles, Continental Golf Course is 7 miles, Bearizona is 25 miles away, Out of Africa is 59 miles away, and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is a mere 59 miles from the hotel (7 miles). Flagstaff and the surrounding area provide a wide variety of attractions, from museums to the Grand Canyon. There are a variety of activities to partake in while in that area, and the best ones to do may vary depending on your interests, the time of year, and how long you want to stay. Here are a few examples of activities that are suitable for both children and dogs.

You can grab a cup of coffee at Macy’s, Rendezvous, or Late for the Train; sample the wares of one of the many local microbreweries; feast on delicious fare; and enjoy live music and other activities in Heritage Square.

Arizona Snowbowl’s picturesque chair lift ride and a stroll from Aspen Corner are two summertime activities. In the autumn, a stroll through the forest of changing aspens is a beautiful experience. Snowbowl is a great place to go skiing or snowboarding in the wintertime. Regardless of the season, the weather will be perfect.

You shouldn’t miss out on seeing this. This observatory is incredible for many reasons, not the least of which being the fact that it was the site where Pluto was first spotted. In the summer of 2019, a new observation deck was added to the facility in addition to the telescope, workshops, seminars, and cool displays that were already there. A personal space adventure is within reach.

Flagstaff is known for its strong Native American cultural presence. Displays at the Museum of Northern Arizona are both informative and interesting.
