Stay in the charming Bross Brothers Cabin, built in the early 1800s. Located in Cottleville, this cabin offers a unique glimpse into the past.
The Bross brothers ran a blacksmith shop and lived in this cabin. In 1877, they added to the back of the cabin. The original logs were hidden for over a century and recently restored by Glenn and Cheryl Hill using the same logs.
As you enter the parlor, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Enjoy the rustic fireplace, large sitting area, farm-style table, pine floors, and tongue-and-groove ceilings, all made from original hand-hewn logs. The rear of the cabin has the master bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a kitchen. Additional bedrooms are in the basement, with access to a peaceful backyard and gardens.
The cabin can sleep up to eight people. Enjoy your stay in Cottleville, where you can walk to local restaurants and shops.
